Hi, I’m Danni. I have been working in the project program management industry for many years now. Somewhere along the way, I discovered my passion - supporting others to succeed. In my leadership roles, I am dedicated to empower my team to step up into their next level with clarity, confidence, and strategy.

Being a working mum with two children, I understand the challenges women face - be it leading in public and/or private sectors, navigating complex organisational changes whilst striking a work life balance. Whether it's about managing multi-million-dollar programs or leading strategic transformation, you don’t just need a plan — you need a partner who gets it.

I have recently taken up a professional education to become an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach. I believe in authenticity, trust and putting my clients in the centre of what I do. It is my dream to collaborate with clients to overcome challenges, align with their values, and take focused action towards their goals.
